Two Good Ears Podcast
Two Good Ears with Rich Reardin is a podcast that explores the music world from every angle—introducing new artists, uncovering the people behind the music, and revisiting legendary stories. It’s a space for sharing experiences and perspectives, where conversations flow freely between musicians, producers, engineers, and passionate fans. The show grew out of In Search of a Song, a long-running public radio series created in 2005 with guitarist Jason Wilber (John Prine), which produced over 700 episodes for PRX (Public Radio Exchange).
Now, Two Good Ears (TGE) carries that spirit forward, expanding into fresh interviews, pro-audio insights, music history, and lively discussions with guest hosts and friends who have lived and breathed the art of making music.

TGE Episode 314 – Tom Paxton & C. Daniel Boling
Join TGE host Rich Reardin as he talks with Tom Paxton & Daniel Boling. Today on the podcast, we’re honored to welcome two artists whose voices have helped shape the landscape of American folk music. Tom Paxton is a true icon—his songs have been sung around campfires, in concert halls, and across generations, carrying messages of heart, humor, and humanity. Joining him is Daniel Boling, a gifted troubadour in his own right, whose storytelling and spirit echo the very best of the folk tradition. Dan'l plays in the iconic 'The Limeliters'. Together, they've collaborated on a new record called 'It Matters', and to it they bring decades of songwriting wisdom, wit, and warmth. This is a rare moment to sit in the company of kindred spirits and keepers of the folk flame.
